Welcome to hakumei.net, a seemingly simple, static site that is really in constant flux (well, at least inside my mind).
Truth be told, the last few years have been pretty busy, with moving back to Minnesota, buying and partially remodelling a house, converting a massive ERP program at work to modern software, and let's be honest, having some fun too. Regardless, hakumei.net is going to be changing quite a bit in the relatively near future.
After a couple year lull in doing freelance work, I'm back at it in full swing, with no less than four current projects and a couple prospects on the horizon. I'll be updating my portfolio as they launch, so if you're interested, stop by from time to time. I also have a few personal projects that I'd like to get to, time permitting, including this website. All this adds up to me being pretty busy these days.
However, if you're in need of a full-fledged website or just some temporary help on something already live, I'm always looking for new challenges and opportunities. With the economy as it is, you can do a lot worse, (and spend a lot more) than trying to make it on the internet. For a relatively small monetary investment, opportunities are ripe if you've got a good idea. I can help you realize that dream.
